419th AMMO Flight Booster Club Riley Green Concert Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE, DONATION, OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR & BENEFICIARY: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Class 5 Performance. Net proceeds from voluntary donations (total donation revenue minus credit card processing fees and applicable state/local taxes) will be gifted directly to the 419th AMMO Flight Booster Club to fund morale, welfare, and unit community events. Because Class 5 Performance is a commercial entity and the Booster Club is a private organization rather than a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, donations are not tax-deductible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is strictly limited to individuals who are Active Duty military personnel or Reservists at the time of entry, and who are legal residents of the United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older.

  • Ineligible Parties: Veterans, retired military personnel (who are not actively in the Reserves), military contractors, and civilians are strictly ineligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 6, 2026, and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM MDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of two ways during the Sweepstakes Period. There is a strict limit of ten (10) entries maximum per person, regardless of the entry method chosen.

  • Method A: Voluntary Donation (Purchase-Driven Entry): Participants may choose to support the 419th AMMO Flight Booster Club by purchasing a digital entry ticket on the website. Each $5.00 donation counts as one (1) entry into the drawing, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries ($50.00).

  • Method B: Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a financial contribution, complete the online digital entry form available on the Sweepstakes landing page. Free digital entrants receive entries on the same basis, up to the maximum limit of ten (10) entries per person. Free entries have the exact same mathematical odds of winning as donation-backed entries.

5. PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) winner will receive tickets to the Riley Green concert. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $300.00. The odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. WINNER SELECTION & VERIFICATION: The winner will be selected via a random electronic drawing conducted automatically by the Primer Sweepstakes platform on or around July 16, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. The potential winner will be required to provide proof of current Active Duty or Reservist status prior to prize award. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide eligibility verification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be randomly drawn.

7. TAXES & FEES: All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the drawing.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Class 5 Performance, the 419th AMMO Flight Booster Club, Riley Green, and their respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all liability or injury resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance/use of the prize.
