NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 U.S. STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (EXCLUDING RHODE ISLAND) WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR: The "Class 5 Performance Spring Sweepstakes" (the "Promotion") is sponsored by SVN Ventures LLC, 1378 Kotter Dr, Brigham City, UT 84302 ("Sponsor").

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins on April 15, 2026, at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time ("MT") and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM MT ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s clock is the official clock of the Promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit the Class 5 Performance storefront and complete the lead generation form (First Name, Last Name, Email). Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses or identities will void all entries from that entrant.

5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive two (2) Class 5 Performance items of their choice (Limited to select Hats, T-shirts, Long Sleeves, or Hoodies). Total Maximum Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $118.00 USD. Prize is awarded "AS-IS" without warranty. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: A winner will be selected via random drawing on or about June 3, 2026. Potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) days. Failure to respond or comply with rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY GRANT: By entering, you grant Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use your name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance/use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or errors of any kind.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and shall be governed by Utah law. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be the state or federal courts located in Utah.

10. PRIVACY: Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Class 5 Performance.

11. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners, send a SASE to the Sponsor address above, ATTN: Sweepstakes Winner List, after June 15, 2026.
